My unconventional background—philosophy, political science, and environmental education studies, combined with my path as a Design Thinking pioneer, entrepreneur, and systemic coach—offers a unique lens for transformation work. Over 15 years in the field, I've learned that successful transformation demands both: understanding complex system dynamics and genuine empathy for the people involved.
As one of the first Design Thinking advocates in the German-speaking world and co-founder of Dark Horse, I've seen firsthand the transformative power of well-crafted innovation frameworks. These insights are captured in our books "Thank God It's Monday" and "Digital Innovation Playbook."
